1. Scope of Services

Web Trong Ngày provides website and landing page design and delivery services on request. Each package includes: interface design, front-end development, mobile-responsive layout, contact form integration, a free first-year .com domain + hosting (registered in the client's name), and full source code handover.

From the second year onward, domain and hosting renewal fees will be communicated in advance for client approval — no automatic charges.

2. Workflow

  1. The client provides: brand name, industry, content to display, and images (if available).
  2. Web Trong Ngày designs and delivers a demo within 24 hours of receiving all required information.
  3. The client reviews the demo and gives feedback — revisions continue until satisfied.
  4. Once satisfied and confirmed, the client proceeds with payment.
  5. Official handover (domain, hosting, source code) follows receipt of payment. Two additional revision rounds are included free of charge after handover.

3. Payment

Our policy is demo first, pay only when satisfied: no deposit is required. Payment is made only after you have reviewed and approved the completed demo. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or e-wallet (Momo, ZaloPay). Pricing for each package is listed clearly on the pricing page before work begins — no hidden fees.

4. Warranty and Post-Handover Support

Web Trong Ngày provides a lifetime technical warranty — if the website develops a bug caused by our code, we fix it free of charge, with no time limit. Content changes (text, images) are supported free of charge for the first 7 days after handover.

After 7 days, content revision requests will be quoted separately based on the scope of work.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content (text, images, product information) provided to Web Trong Ngày. We are not liable for content that violates applicable law or the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6. Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns the complete source code of the delivered website. Web Trong Ngày may use the delivered website as a demo example (portfolio) to showcase our services, unless the client requests confidentiality.

7. Changes to These Terms

Web Trong Ngày may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a clear update date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
